James West Jorden, 26, who is wanted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault, was not in custody Friday, according to online law enforcement records. The man, later identified as Jorden through a DNA match, got on top of her and forced her to remove her pants and panties as he punched her several times in the head, records state.
