Man accused of throwing child, 2, to the ground

A man has been arrested and charged after allegedly throwing a child to the ground, reports KPRC. Police told channel 2 that Cesar Hernandez was charged with assault family violence and injury to a child after throwing his common-law wife’s child to the ground during an argument with the woman. The woman told police that Hernandez started hitting her on the back of the head and in her face after throwing the 2-year-old. KPRC says that Hernandez is being held at the Harris County Jail.
