Releasing All Expectations

We live in a judgmental society. This is sad because everyone is so busy judging what a person has or doesn't have that they truly never get to know the real person. This article is all about releasing, here is a paragraph from it. I release all of my expectations of you. I release all thoughts and notions of what I perceive to be right and wrong. You see, each of our lives is built on everyone else's expectations and their perceptions of what our life has to be like. It is when this happens that a person doesn't have the opportunity to live their own life; they are trapped living someone else's.
