What Is Stress and How Does the Body Respond to It?

Stress is the number one malady of modern life. Many of us suffer from stress at least once in a while. The best ideal is to prevent stress. This article explains what stress is and how our body responses to stress. I will refer to the most common reactions to stress and causes, real stimuli and response. Also we will learn some preventive tips to deal with stress and some useful recommendations in dealing with stress.
