How to De-Stress Series: Visualization

A great way to manage stress is through visualization. Visualization allows you to temporarily leave the immediacy of the situation or circumstance stressing you out, and can also be a great way to look at your problem from a different perspective. Creative visualization in particular, in conjunction with the Law of Attraction, can be used to alter the course of your present circumstances and create a more viable situation.
