Assistant Secretary of the Interior Resigns to Serve as Mormon Leader

When I turned 18, I was excited for my first opportunity to vote. Though I was away at college and had to vote with an absentee punch card ballot, I was excited to cast my vote for a man named Larry Echo Hawk, who was running for governor.
