Conn. Senate passes public way bill

(AP) ? The Connecticut Senate has passed a bill that would create a penalty for careless drivers who seriously injure or kill law-abiding bicyclists and other "vulnerable users" of public roadways. The bill would create a list of "vulnerable users" of public roadways and establish a fine of up to $1,000 for reckless motorists who seriously injure or cause the death of one of these individuals.

  1. a penalty for a careless driving Toronto case? That's great news! I totally agree with this decision! All those careless drivers who injure or cause the death of a person should definitely be punished. The Senate really did a great job!
